where they’ve been. If they go from job to job, safely and on time,
congratulate yourself on hiring fine employees. If they take detours that
don’t match the daily schedule, or if they like to drive at highway speeds
on side roads, then you’ll know where to focus your attention in the
future.
Adding GPS modules to your vehicles is simple. It takes less than ten
minutes to mount the receiver on the dash, plug the pieces together, and
tuck them away. Once the data has been collected, download the data to the
Fleet Management Software, then use Microsoft
MapPoint or another third-party mapping program to create detailed maps
showing each driver’s routes, the speeds driven, and the locations of any
hard braking events.
The GPS solution requires two parts for each vehicle, a
GPS Module and a
